Kindergeld per App, KI-Assistent durch Formulare, alles digital. Klingt gut.
Das fundamentale Problem liegt nicht in der App, sondern im IT-Unterbau:
Deutschlands Verwaltungs-IT ist ein Flickenteppich in desolatem Zustand.
Dazu: Telekom und SAP ohne Ausschreibung beauftragt – dieselben Partner wie
bei der Corona-App. Das Ergebnis von damals ist bekannt.
