BaccalŠ alla livornese

Il baccalŠ va ripulito bene levandogli le lische. Tagliatelo a cubetti di circa 5×5 cm. Fatto questo lavatelo, strizzatelo e asciugatelo.
Infarinate leggermente i cubetti e metteteli a dorare in una teglia con l’olio . A questo punto versate del pomodoro ed un pizzico di pepe nero. Si fa cuocere per alcuni minuti, si può aggiungere un pò di sale. Per finire si prepara un battutino di aglio e prezzemolo, lo si sparge sul baccalŠ e si fa cuocere ancora …
