Do otters blink with both eyes? Anonymous 25/11/11(Tue)22:24 No.4255 [Reply]

Some animals blink with one eye at a time so they always have one eye open. How do otters do it? Have you ever seen an otter blink?

This one in the picture might be blinking or just closing his eyes, it's hard to tell from a photo.
If I were a leaf, I'd take any opportunity to make my life more exciting.

Short progress update of refining my Kallitype recipe & workflow:
- Left: a couple of months ago, initial homemade formula, very rusty brown, blotchy and low contrast
- Middle: mid December, double coating, no more staining, better contrast, but not fully cleared emulsion
- Right: last night, pre-wetting plus ammonium dichromate (1 drop) for much better contrast, perfect clearing (without any masking)
Progress! 🤩

The Department of Homeland Security has been quietly demanding tech companies
turn over user information about critics of the Trump administration, according to reports.
In several cases over recent months, Homeland Security has relied on the use of administrative subpoenas
