Nahaufnahme eines dünnen Zweigs mit mehreren vertrockneten, braunen Blättern, die fest aneinander haften. Auf den gewellten Blatträndern und entlang des Astes liegt eine weiche, weiße Schneeschicht. Die Blätter sind eingerollt und zeigen dunkle Flecken sowie brüchige Kanten. Im Hintergrund stehen weitere kahle Bäume, deren Äste ebenfalls leicht verschneit sind. Die Umgebung wirkt ruhig und winterlich, mit gedämpften Farben aus Weiß, Braun und Grau.
