Nach derzeitigen Ermittlungen waren die beiden Männer gegen 17:00 Uhr auf der L 254 zwischen Oetzendorf und Klein Hesebeck wegen der Nichtbenutzung eines Radwegs mit einem Rennradfahrer aneinandergeraten. Die Männer hatten den Radfahrer ausgebremst. In der Folge hielt einer der Männer den 32-Jährigen fest, der zweite schlug auf ihn ein. Zeugen beobachteten den Vorfall.
