A potential improvement for this is to have a wider set of zip bombs prepared (for example, using other constants, 1, 2, 3, ..., 255), and serve them randomly instead of always using the same one built out of zeroes.
More sophisticated approaches are also possible: usenix.org/system/files/woot19
