The proper way to do this for a blind student would surely be some kind of physical manipulatives, not verbal descriptions. The thing is, I don’t have any blind students currently, and if I did, we’d work on individual accommodation and assistance.
With this alt text, I’m just trying to get •something• in there to be at least minimally accessible: head start on those accommodation, something helpful if I ever share this online, etc. If there’s any way for text to convey the spatial relationships, that would be better than the text I have.

I finally got rid of the old bed I’d kept since moving in, so the room feels pretty empty right now.
I’m in the process of reorganizing everything and plan to turn this space into my own anarchist sanctuary.
Soon, I’ll add a bookshelf and more anarchist art to the wall, right next to the communist hammer and sickle symbol.

The Kepler field hosts the best studied sample of field star rotation periods. However, due to Kepler's large 4" pixels, many of its light curves are at high risk of contamination from background sources. The new Kepler Bonus Background light curves are de-blended using a PSF algorithm, providing light curves of over 400,000 new background sources in addition to over 200,000 re-analyzed Kepler prime targets.
