Die Energiewende ist in vollem Gang. Solaranlagen boomen und liefern immer mehr erneuerbaren Strom. Eine positive Entwicklung, die auf unsere Energie- und Klimaziele einzahlt. Doch wenn an sonnigen Mittagen alle Solaranlagen gleichzeitig Strom einspeisen, entstehen Leistungsspitzen, die das Stromnetz an seine Grenzen bringen. Es herrscht sozusagen Stau im Netz.

Vandaag twee dubbele erspressi. Ze werden de afgelopen weken staads beter, maar in meen nu het maximum te hebben bereikt. Hoogstens nog met betere koffie, vers gebrande bonen en wat dies meer zij. Maar totdat mijn huidige bonen op zijn ga ik daar niet mee experimenteren, en misschien we nooit.
Ik ben in de fuik gezwommen die Barista tools heet en tegelijkertijd zag ik met elk stapje weer betere espresso in mijn kopje lopen. Nu doe ik 'alles' wat een monomane autistische barista …

De Gezondheidsraad trekt dezelfde conclusies als eerder het RIVM. Honderden mensen per jaar worden ziek door bacteriën afkomstig van geitenstallen.
