Claude Code changed how it handles responses from sub agents now - discards the response after a few turns to keep context clear.
Using this and one of those "grill me" skills i went from nothing to a 21 plan implementation over 12 000 lines of code from initial discovery to feature built in a single context filled to 70%. Do all research, implementation etc in sub agents and the orchestrator uses super little context throughout.
