Bezwaren kunnen ook efficiënter worden afgehandeld. Bijvoorbeeld als omwonenden bij een nieuwbouwproject klagen over verlies van uitzicht. Die klachten worden standaard afgewezen, maar kosten wel elke keer tijd. Gebruik daar AI voor, aldus de commissie.

Het bouwtempo van nieuwe woningen kan worden opgevoerd als er flink wordt gesnoeid in belemmerende regelgeving. Zo kan het onderzoek naar flora en fauna veel korter, zijn we te voorzichtig bij eventuele archeologische bodemvondsten en kan AI ingezet worden om klagers over verlies van uitzicht af te wimpelen.

I nearly gave my credit card to a legit-looking Maine business, until I noticed their “privacy policy” linked to Wikipedia. That’s not laziness but AI-generated HTML vibecoded into place without review. And a lot more can go wrong than a missing legal page.
