Since last semester, I am holding a university seminar on Sociology for Social Workers. One focus is social theory following the terms of domestication, rationalization, differentiation and individualization.
As it happens, the textbook used ends with white male theorists of the 90-ies. Any hints on where to look for more current, non-male and/or non-white perspectives on those concepts?
