This Valkyrie poster really seems to be making fun of Tom Cruise.
#TomCruise #Films

A part of the poster for the films Valkyrie (2008).

The image is of a group of men in lined up on either side of Tom Cruise. The line is actually in a arrow-shape. Since Tom Cruise is in the front he is bigger than the others but he isn't just a little bigger, he looks like the tallest man in the world.

So on point - articulates so many of my feelings around this space (though I admit my feelings about use of AI in software are evolving, my feelings about it in creative endeavors have not).

Growing up, I considered becoming a medical illustrator due to its combination of scientific and artistic rigor. Neither is on display in this derivative AI image shared by a surgeon too lazy to find the real thing.

An accurate illustration of twin fetuses in the womb by a human illustrator juxtaposed with an inaccurate AI-generated one

Albany Georgia isn’t the only place where the poorest among us are also the sickest.
The United States is blessed with one of the most scientifically and technologically advanced health care systems in the world,
a sprawling industry so vast and lucrative that it is now one of the largest drivers of the economy,
accounting for more jobs and revenue than manufacturing.
But for all the money flowing in and out,
Americans have more chronic illnesses and shorte…

This summer, Mikhail Loshchinin set out for Russia on a motorcycle with German plates, reaching the border in Latvia on July 1.
At the Ubylinka checkpoint on the Russian side, he presented his Russian passport.
According to his mother, Olga, he didn’t use his Belgian passport because of the urgency of the trip and to avoid needing a visa.
Russian border guards examined Loshchinin’s phone and likely discovered his many contacts in Ukraine.
After holding him for several…

Santa Barbara County authorities recovered the body of a man who was reportedly swept off a flooded roadway in Goleta Valley on Saturday.
