I think I have a handle on why I wake up with different neck & back pain every day.
My 2 workstations are both suboptimal, ergonomically, in different ways. I’m very much feeling the fact that my left arm is slightly more extended than my right. I think I need to switch to the desktop to even out the scapula pain…

I have the desire to potter about with plants and get my new raised fruit/veg bed sorted out but apart from the blistering temperatures I've picked up a completely flattening virus from a colleague so I don't have the energy. I keep falling asleep when I sit down. I've put some nasturtium seedlings into a planter, moved the radish planter to the veg area and helped move a couple of bits into our summer seating area and that's me done.

Nasturtiums bottom left, fig on the paving stones that are keeping the parasol in place, olive having a quick drink in the pale plastic basin right of centre. There's a young walnut tree in a pot hiding behind the parasol and several planters of pollinator-friendly plants.
