Gemeinsamer Kühlschrank bei der Arbeit. Kommste nachm Wochenende und willst dein Essen kühlstellen bis zum Mittag - und der Schrank ist bis oben hin gefüllt mit Bierflaschen und Bierdosen. WTF?!
Hat auch keine Namen drauf, also hab ich nun einfach mal etwa 20 Liter Bier rausgestellt in die Wärme.

Asterix, Obelix und Teefax sitzen an einer Theke, alle mit ein Holzkrug mit Bier. Obelix hat einen Schluck getrunken und sagt mit verzogenem Gesicht "Puh!" Teefax fragt ihn "SInd sie nicht lauwarm genug, vielleicht? Ich kann lassen sie temperieren!"

#running slow is hard but my fitness is such that it requires a rebuild of the foundation. Trying to stay in HR2 means a decent amount of walking interspersed. I don’t love it, but it’s necessary.
I have a much more open schedule now, so I should be able to get out and run regularly. The trick will be staying patient and trusting the process.

My running/walking stats: 5.01 km in 40:25 for an average pace of 8:03/km

So it rained, and then it was sunny when I got to the treadmill. Should have done the treadmill, way too humid 🤦‍♂️😆
Turns out the bridge I cross when I run this route is falling apart, so I have a detour for a few months.

Terahertz (THz) radiation is a powerful probe of low-energy excitations in all phases of matter. However, it remains a challenge to find materials that efficiently generate THz radiation in a broad range of frequencies following optical excitation.
