Fox News moves to dismiss second Newsmax antitrust lawsuit
Attorneys for Fox News Media are seeking to dismiss an antitrust lawsuit filed by cable rival Newsmax in Wisconsin federal court, the second such case involving the two right-of-center news outlets.

Larry Sanger’s claims of a liberal slant and mismanagement at the world’s dominant online encyclopedia are being enthusiastically embraced on the right.

On Friday, Judge Boasberg ordered the administration to submit declarations by December 5
from all officials involved in the decision not to return the flights to the U.S.
He said he will then decide whether to seek testimony from witnesses.
