It occurred to me that I have not expressed this in a while or quite this way…
I truly appreciate almost* every one of my followers. I don’t lock my account for various neurotic reasons but I do *curate* my followers for humanness and other vibes. I don’t “follow back” much, as my firehose is already too much. I block or at least soft-block most new followers.
*: except for the handful who seem to keep {un,re}-following as some dumb engagement farming.

Dutch farmland has a major water quality problem, in part due to the overload of manure ending up in ditches. Turns out that farmers have found a workaround: in just 7 years, they made 30,000 ditches disappear by filling them up, 1/3 of those illegally.

Our world is run by monsters. Like, literal monsters.
I've seen plenty of films and books where the "monster" might harm or destroy only a handful of humans before being vanquished, and yet, our governments have killed how many?
The people in charge have done damage to our world we cannot reverse.
The real monsters live among us, not in stories or fantasy.
How do we end these monsters?
