I am glad for this article. I have seen the decrease in young men coming to post-secondary in anything other than in trades. This is dangerous for society.
Add in the rise of the 'manosphere' and you have an incredibly toxic, anti-education push, that is directed squarely at men and is very often supported by government itself!
We must continue making progress to tear down patriarchy, and mysogyny. But that cannot mean we tear down boys, and the men they become. We have to replace the systems that we tear down with systems that are welcoming and support the development of all children and part of that is recognizing that right now, young boys in grade school are suffering.
