Tegengestelde belangen Vorig jaar deed de Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport een ‘dringend beroep’ op de provincies om drinkwater meer prioriteit te geven. De ‘zorgplicht’ die provincies hebben voor de publieke drinkwatervoorziening, blijkt ‘te weinig doorslaggevend’ bij besluitvorming en ‘krijgt geen voorrang’, schreef de inspectie.
