I want to undergo nullification surgery, also called gender nullification. Please correct me if I am wrong, LGBTQIA people.
I want a flat genital area, without distinctly masculine (penis) or feminine (breasts) features, because I don’t feel at home in any traditional gender forms.
The operation I’m thinking about usually involves removing the external male genitalia. That can mean:
- Removal of the penis (penectomy).
- Removal of the testicles (orchiectomy).
