Comment on "Rogue waves on the double-periodic background in the focusing nonlinear Schrödinger equation"
Some years ago, Chen, Pelinovsky, and White claimed existence of certain solutions of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation for modelling rogue waves [arXiv: 1909.08165v1 (2019)]. It is the aim of this Comment to outline that this claim is faulty. -- The solutions presented do not satisfy the nonlinear Schrödinger equation.

Whitham-Broer-Kaup Systems in Multi-dimensions: Quantum and Resonant NLS Connections
An overview is presented of quantum and resonant nonlinear Schrödinger equation links to Whitham-Broer-Kaup type systems. A novel n+1-dimensional extension of the Whitham-Broer-Kaup hydrodynamic system is constructed with connection to an equivalent multi-dimensional resonant NLS equation. Hybrid Ermakov-Painlevé II and associated Painlevé XXXIV integrable similarity reductions are derived.

Explicit conserved operators for a class of integrable bosonic networks from the classical Yang-Baxter equation
Let $B$ denote the weighted adjacency matrix of a balanced, symmetric, bipartite graph. We define a class of bosonic networks given by Hamiltonians whose hopping terms are determined by $B$. We show that each quantum Hamiltonian is Yang-Baxter integrable, admitting a set of mutually commuting operators derived through a solution of the classical Yang-Baxter equation. We discuss some applications and consequences of this result.
