now I'm looking at the world of portable monitors. Lots of 15.6" 4K screens out there for very cheap. Do these actually work for regular use or are they limited in some important way?

Protip: if you get tired of the flood of AI discourse, just read it as being short for "Artificial Inseminaton" for a while.

I love this high quality screen but I miss the extra width from my old one. Was thinking of a second monitor but no one makes > 200 ppi small screens (21" or smaller) except as portable monitors.
