So far I've done the cranberry sauce and the pots are nearly boiling. I've remembered YPs, both GF and standard, and I'm going to run out to the supermarket as I'm not convinced that my bun tin is scrupulously clean, although I probably haven't used it since I bought it new for GF YPs last Christmas 😄 I've remembered red cabbage too so everything else I planned to do today will have to wait!

In just 36 months AI has gone from great-new-toy, to global phenomenon, to where we are today - debating whether we are in one of the biggest technology bubbles or booms in modern times. To us there is no debate. There is too much spending, too much leverage, too many crazy deals, and too much competition from China for us not to see big bumps ahead.
