Das Bundesverwaltungsgericht hat das Verbot der rechtsextremen Gruppierung "Hammerskins Deutschland" gekippt. Das Gericht in Leipzig gab mehreren Klagen einzelner Mitglieder und regionaler Chapter der Neonazi-Gruppierung statt. Die damalige Bundesinnenministerin Nancy Faeser (SPD) war 2023 gegen die "Hammerskins" vorgegangen.
