Die Lobby ist wieder wach und Södert rum. Im EU-Parlament ist ein Antrag der Agrar-Vertreter durchgekommen. Bezeichnungen wie „pflanzlicher Burger“, „pflanzliches Schnitzel“ oder „vegane Wurst“ sollen verboten werden. Bezeichnungen wie "Steak" oder "Burger" sollen ausschließlich Produkten aus tierischem Fleisch vorbehalten bleiben.

EU-Agrarausschuss will „veganes Schnitzel“ verbieten
Droht der „veganen Wurst“ das Aus? Zumindest den Namen vieler Fleischalternativen wollen EU-Agrarpolitiker an den Kragen. Ob sie damit durchkommen, ist unklar.
