Oh Canon - you make great cameras and OK scanners but your warranty handling sucks.
I've been a Canon user ever since the 1970s.
Why is warranty contact, even for online, available only during business hours EAST coast time? (I am in the PACIFIC time zone.)
Canon, you are big enough to have 24x7x365 online warranty/support.
