Beim Versuch, mich im Internet über gute Fahrradschlösser zu informieren, bin ich evt. wahnsinnig geworden.
Dass viele vorgebliche Tests nur Amazon-Linkfarmen sind, wusste ich ja schon. Dass man diese Pseudo-Tests inzwischen auch auf ehemals reputablen Domains echter Massenmedien wie Focus, Welt und Stern findet, ist traurig, war mir aber auch bekannt.
Da habe ich mich gefreut, dass jemand diese Misere mal ausführlich aufgezeigt hat:

Medieval knights were a bloodthirsty elite. Armour allowed them to cut down commoners with relative impunity, and they did. The myth of the 'parfait gentil knicht' is entirely propaganda.

One more example of why there needs to be an international treaty addressing how we use "Space" - because what happens in space does not stay in space. The launch phase has its own environmental impacts. The way it is now, if the US stops launches from the US, nothing stops these outsized egos from using launchpads in another country.

I've just reserved the new Miss Marple from the library, Murder at the Grand Alpine Hotel by Lucy Foley. I've been disappointed by some books that take a dead author's characters, but have read a couple of crackers recently so am going to give this one a whirl. I can also recommend Longbourn by Jo Baker, P&P below stairs and really well done, and The Golden Hours by Louisa Young, EJH's niece and a continuation of their own family history, The Cazalet Chronicles
