Trump got involved in a state Senate race — and he might lose
“Phil Berger has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election,” Trump wrote on social media,
making no mention of redistricting in a long list of Berger’s accomplishments.
He urged Berger’s opponent

psi: Plant Photosystem I excitation energy transfer network (2020)
Weighted directed network of the light-harvesting Photosystem Ι (PSI) of the plant Pisum sativum. The nodes represent chromophores with different identities (i.e. chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, β-carotene and derivates, lutein, violaxanthin), while edges represent FRET transfer between chromophores. By all appearances, the administration is poised to use the SAVE program to prop up these false claims,
and sympathetic local officials may deploy SAVE to concoct evidence.
This move poses serious risks to vo…

So, Gableman's argument is that if he isn't allowed to pick which judges hear his case, it is a violation of due process? I don't think that is the way the law is meant to work.
"Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman says his due process rights have been denied during the ongoing fallout of his investigation of the 2020 presidential election."
