Damals habe ich gezeigt, dass allein schon die Herstellung eines großen SUVs das Restbudget an CO2 aufbraucht, das jeder persönlich hat.
Die aktuellen Zahlen habe ich nicht. Müsste man noch mal neu ausrechnen. Es ist aber klar, dass wir in den letzten Jahr weiter CO2 ausgestoßen haben, so dass wir sehr nah an der Grenze sind. Die Produktion neuer Autos ist also keine Option. Also es ist schon eine. Leider. Aber es ist die falsche.

Das Foto stammt von Marius Thöne, dem Autor des Beitrags. Er war also dort und hat nicht "nur" eine Pressemitteilung ungeprüft übernommen. Warum packt er dann eine so falsche Zahl in die Überschrift?
Thöne ist laut seinem Profil auch kein Anfänger, sondern stellvertretender Leiter des Redaktionsverbund Kreis Paderborn.
Ich war etwas verwundert als ich auf seinem Facebookprofil über einen Holzstapel gestolpert bin. Er hat es 2022 als Titelfoto für das Profil hochgeladen. Es ist nicht einmal ein besonders schönes Foto oder schönes Holz. Jemand, der sich mit Holz auskennt, kann mir vielleicht sagen, was die Zahl darauf bedeutet. Welche Verbindung hat dieser Journalist zu Holz?
Nach kurzer Suche bin ich auf seine Website gekommen: thoene-agrar.de. Thöne betreibt nebenbei ein bisschen Landwirtschaft. Schweinemast mit zwei Standorten. Auf der Website wird Thöne als inhaltlich verantwortlich angegeben, es ist aber unklar, ob und wie er sonst am Betrieb beteiligt ist.
