Well this is a lovely spot, just 8 minutes walk from where we are staying.

Crummock Water is choppy with a stiff breeze that crests the little waves in white, and blows grey clouds over the green crags on the other side of the lake. A pebble beach is just visible at the bottom of the frame, whilst a majestic oak tree hangs over the lake on the left.

One of the favourites from today's#Cambridge #Folk festival - Darlingside, who are always very welcome here. Gorgeous harmonies, and warm vibes. Made me grin from ear to ear.
The Langan Band were also impressive, very rousing and got us all screaming.
A great day.
