In Ruby 3.3.0, a new standard library was added to CRuby called Prism. Prism is a parser for the Ruby language, exposed as both a C library (optionally usable by CRuby) and a Ruby library (usable as a Ruby gem). The Prism project represents many person-years worth of effort, and is the result of a collaboration between Shopify, CRuby core contributors, other Ruby implementation authors, and Ruby tooling developers.

West Coast Whale Entanglements Still High in 2025, 9 Seen in 2026 So Far
Center for Biological Diversity: SAN FRANCISCO— Federal data shows that 33 whales were reported entangled in fishing gear off the U.S. West Coast in 2025. That’s just one fewer than the 34 entangled in 2024, which was the highest number since 2018. At least nine whales have already been seen entangled in 2026, including two humpbacks entangled near Monterey, Calif., in late May.

Vorweg: Ich bin kein Freund von Talkpodcasts, die leider zunehmend aufwändige Produktionen verdrängen.
Beim c't "we talk tech" wurde über Scam auf Hotel-Buchungsportalen gesprochen, mit annekdotischer Evidenz. Soweit, so interessant.
So nebenbei hieß es, Booking.com verlange von Vermietern den Bestpreis.
Der EuGH hat aber im Herbst 2024 geurteilt, dass sogenannte Bestpreisklauseln kartellrechtswidrig sind. Kein Wort davon.
