I did a Freedom of Information request for some data on rights of way and the data sent back appears to be formatted using British National Grid and fooling the online conversion tools.
If I can get the linked results into a GeoJSON format, using lat/lon, I can take it from there!

I would like an electronic copy of the following rights of way across the Norfolk County: 1. Maintained unsurfaced roads 2. Byways Open to All Traffic I would be happy to receive these in most open formats; GeoJSON, KML, or GPX would be especially helpful. Please ensure that any included rights of way are not subject to a current Traffic Regulation Order, or include a copy of the Traffic Regulation Order documents that are applicable. Just looked at that “vitals” feature that the upcoming Apple Watch OS will have: Apparently it'll be based on if 2 of your physiological metrics are outside the 'normal' range.
