The Nazis in tech are, very vocally. That’s why if you have any sort of following in tech on social media you should vocally call them out and use your voice to denounce these absolute garbage people.
Because if you don’t, you’re quietly let them take away what you love.

Over on the trading forums I ply daily, I get tweaked over smartasses who pooh-pooh Edwin Lefèvre's 101-year-old masterpiece, "Reminiscences of a Stock Operator" because the real protagonist, Jesse Livermore, ultimately failed. So, I wrote this to one such party pooper now:

Hey! I've been doing a lot of work stuff. Senior engineer slash engineering manager life. But I'm really fucking pumped that the FCC is moving to restore net neutrality in the US. You might be able to tell how pumped I am from the *checks notes* meme I just found on my NAS, that I made in 2017, when I felt there weren't enough net neutrality memes on the internet :)

Sometimes, even though I know my "joke" posts might come off as humorless, I say "fuck it" and post it anyway, because amusing myself is more important than someone else's feelings. Only sometimes though.
It's only fair to make myself laugh every now and then.
