Boy Scouts and child abuse, corporation and financial crimes, police and racist violence: the pattern is all around. If you’re an org leader, fight that urge to cover up the small scandal — unless you’d rather have a flood of them.

The children learn that reporting sex abuse to adults does not result in their protection. The children learn that it is pointless to even mention to adults when molestation happens. These two sets of messages within an organization is how you get very large numbers of molestation incidents in an organization. This is how it happened with the Catholics, the Baptists, Mormons, and others. The cover-up is the thing that turns one pedophile incident into an out-of-control epidemic. 2/5

Trotz der zahlreichen Baumaßnahmen und der Probleme durch die Streiks konnten die Fernzüge an Pünktlichkeit im Februar etwas zulegen. Von wirklicher Zuverlässigkeit kann aber nach wie vor keine Rede sein.
