Went to a board game cafe for the first time and it was a lot of fun. We played:
• Mysterium Park: Meh, wouldn’t bother playing again.
• Poetry for Neanderthals: Absolutely tears-rolling-down-face can’t-breathe hilarious. Funniest utterances “tastes like brown” and “wet cheese”. Will buy this one for the niblings.

Since we introduced our house rule for fully co-ops that there's a couple of minutes for strategizing after the first player marker is moved, or a round of turns finishes, and other than that no coaching or advising as the turns go around, fun has increased.
