Have to say, I'm impressed with Wahoo customer service.
Battery cover to my heart rate monitor broke a couple of years ago; I thought they might be able to send me a replacement cover, but after contacting them they sent me a completely new device.
This week the battery in my 4 year old Bolt 2 cycling computer failed and the device will no longer charge. After contacting them, they are now sending me a new Bolt 3 computer as a goodwill gesture.

Just re-watched Spotlight, the 2015 film about how the Boston Globe uncovered a massive coverup of child abuse by the Catholic Church. Blown away (again, like last time I saw it). Both about the quality of the movie, and about the content. The rot in the institutions, both church and the society around it that helped cover it up, is breathtaking.
