Bill Moyers,
the former White House press secretary who became one of television’s most honored journalists, masterfully using a visual medium to illuminate a world of ideas, died Thursday at age 91.
Moyers died in a New York City hospital, according to longtime friend Tom Johnson, the former CEO of CNN and an assistant to Moyers during Lyndon B. Johnson’s administration. He did not cite Moyers’ cause of death.

Content warning: Derbe Sprache, Journalismus

Keine weiteren Fragen.

I guess it's always nice when someone cites a paper. But too often, it's very clear that they haven't read it. If they had done, they would have realised that they were writing stuff that that I showed to be wrong in 1987. Sigh.
The extent of innumeracy in pharmacology is worrying.

A reader reports that when the patient died, the attending doctor
recorded the following on the patient's chart: "Patient failed to fulfill
his wellness potential."
Another doctor reports that in a recent issue of the *American Journal
of Family Practice* fleas were called "hematophagous arthropod vectors."
A reader reports that the Army calls them "vertically deployed anti-
personnel devices." You probably call them bombs.
