@… some enthusiasts in Russia are trying to use Delta Chat amid "almost" complete shutdowns, when only whitelisted domains are available. But whitelisted email providers (like mail.ru, yandex.ru, vk.com) have strict rate limits and spam filters, making it almost impossible to use them with DC.
Maybe at least rate limiting could be solved by a kind of one…
