I’m still working but can hear the Downtown Hoedown starting outside my office, I’m going to have to join this event one time, it sounds like a lot of fun.

They put these footprints on the grates in the sidewalks in downtown Calgary. I guess to show it’s safe to walk on them? I can’t say it’s on all the grates but I don’t remember seeing one without them.
Edit: I’m embarrassed I didn’t think of this on my own, but @… pointed out these are very helpful for people wearing heels!

apparently every first Thursday now there is a hoedown on the street outside my office and we are revitalizing downtown San Francisco with lots of cowboy hats and a mechanical bull 🐂 (I will not be trying it).
