Close the cover on the CIA World Factbook:
The spy agency announced Wednesday that after more than 60 years,
it is shuttering the popular reference manual.
The announcement posted to the CIA’s website offered no reason for the decision to end the Factbook,
but it follows a vow from Director John Ratcliffe to end programs that don’t advance the agency’s core missions.

On peut dire que les membres du Sillon sont des addicts, des camés, des dépendants… non pas tant aux paradis chimiques qu’aux librairies. Cette passion est dévorante : on dévie, on détruit des vies en empilant des livres dans nos maisons ; nos relations sont mises en danger par cette addiction. Nous risquons des chutes Š cause d’une lecture traînant dans un couloir, ou encore d’acheter plusieurs fois le même livre.

Kollege hat mal den "Copilot" gefragt zu einem Problem, das wir gemeinsam lösen wollen, in meinem Fachgebiet. Das hat ihn wahrscheinlich maximal zwei Minuten gekostet.
Jetzt muss ich den Roman, den Copilot ausgespuckt hat, erstens lesen und zweitens länglich erklären, wieso die vorgeschlagenen Lösungen Quatsch sind. Das sehe ich zwar auf den ersten Blick, aber ich muss das jetzt einer fachfremden Person erklären. So steigert die KI nämlich unsere Produktivität. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
