Presidents have always sent people to lead the Pentagon who respect the institutions and personnel of the armed forces,
not least because Americans tend to bristle at any sign that an administration does not unreservedly support the men and women of the U.S. military.
(Just ask Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, both of whom were castigated for such supposed disrespect.)

I don't know about you but I am rather tired of judges who respond to fed or trump lawyers with mere "warnings" or "scoldings".
It is long past time since judges ought to have realized that dithering and lying and besmirching defendants is the maga play-book. And in response judges should haul up any lawyer who uses those tactics onto a judicial yardarm (metaphorical yardarm) and impose contempt (both civil and criminal) sanctions (involving jail and fines), di…
