I resolved this year to have my slides for my graduate level stats class do more to engage with the eugenics and elitism that forms the backbone of academic quantitative methods. I think this representation of Fisher in my lecture on logit/probit regressions today turned out nicely.

I'm rubbish at this. I'm rubbish at most football games (with the possible exception of International Sensible Soccer on the Mega Drive), but this is harder than most. As well as the standard controls to battle with - in particular, I can never remember which is shoot and which is a high pass - EA have included a number of touch-screen controls.

So why isn’t there a spec for accessing webpages served by Matter devices?
Right now it’s hard to make a consumer embedded device that doesn’t depend on cloud infrastructure, because setup is hard, security is hard, and people want remote access. Matter supposedly solves that. But what if you also want a universal UI to control the device (the browser) rather than depending on native apps?
