Hard to imagine never quoting robots now. Whoever instructed them. But certainly want to make it clear what that is.

I’ve had a similar albeit much less severe problem with my drug dealer ^w^w pharmacy benefits manager. They have dropped coverage for multiple drugs that I have reached as “what works” via trial and error, only for them to decide that I need to revert to one of the errors.
