Extreme emission line galaxies (EELGs) at high redshifts are considered key contributors to cosmic reionization at $z>6$ due to their higher ionization efficiencies. We have identified 119 H$β$ + [OIII] emitters at $z\sim7$ selected by a flux excess in the medium-band filter F410M in the public James Webb Space Telescope Cycle-1 fields. We present the result of near-infrared spectroscopy using Keck/MOSFIRE for 23 member galaxies in an X-ray cluster XCS2215 ($z=1.46$) to investigate the environmental dependence of gaseous flows and metallicities. We find that the metallicities derived from H$α$ and [N II] emission lines of the cluster galaxies are enhanced by 0.08-0.15 dex with $\sim$2 $σ$ significance compared to field counterparts for the same stellar mass.
