Two-Dimensional Superconductivity at the CaZrO3/KTaO3 (001) Heterointerfaces
We investigated the superconducting transport properties of two-dimensional electron gases (2DEGs) at (001)-oriented CaZrO3/KTaO3 (CZO/KTO) heterointerfaces. Our results unambiguously demonstrate the emergence of two-dimensional superconductivity, with a superconducting transition TC up to ~0.25 K.
