Facebook should be held partially liable for the death of people like Mr Friesen who were radicalized by the algorithms on that platform during the pandemic.
This leader of the anti-mandate/vax movement in Saskatchewan had to be sent to Ontario for treatment at one point, had pneumonia multiple times since, and died of dementia and pneumonia.
COVID is a life altering and potentially ending disease.

Nearly a million passports and photo IDs were left unprotected on the public internet
They were all sitting unprotected at public URLs, with no password or access control of any sort.
If I sent you a link, you could have looked at someone’s passport.

Visits by Canadians to major U.S. cities have crashed by 42 percent during President Donald Trump’s second term, new research has found.
The 42 percent figure—uncovered by a University of Toronto research tool that tracks cellphone activity—dwarfs the roughly 25 percent drop captured by official border-crossing data, the newspaper said. The researchers said they had been struck by “the marked decline in visits to large metropolitan economies.”

Conservative economist Andy Hall offers a damning condemnation of conventional politicians (although he is apparently oblivious of the import of his argument) 👇
Hall writes:
"Politicians do not respond mechanically to shifts in public sentiment
—they answer to donors, activists, and primary challengers,
not just median voters…
and sometimes they stake out new positions well before the public asks for them,
or refuse to move long after it has"

Roughly two dozen immigration advocates, faith leaders, Japanese internment camp survivors and their descendants
completed a four-day, 45-mile pilgrimage Saturday to an immigrant detention facility outside of Dilley.
The activists demanded the closure of the only federal family detention center,
