It is predictable that EU leaders won’t be able to agree on strong actions against Trump. At the same time this can have disastrous consequences for the EU, the war in Ukraine etc. It is like watching a car crash….

@… I agree, it's frightening. Because everything is ultimately linked to everything else, I fear that there’s a great risk of sleepwalking into a situation that “nobody wanted,” like in 1914.
Today’s "leaders” certainly aren't wiser or more qualified than those back then.

Isn't it ironic - world leaders have problems agreeing on most things like war, pollution, poverty etc. But when someone say 'lets lock down the Internet behond wonky age verification in OS's, apps and on web sites' most of them agree #privacy #surveillance

I agree with @… , and I think this is at root of much of the managerial mania for LLMs.
Having their terrible ideas go unchecked by underlings with expertise is basically crack cocaine for bad org leadership.
