Took the family to see Erasure's Andy Bell in Hollywood last night.
Poor kid's been dragged to OMD, Howard Jones & ABC so far...
...but his ol' man did also get the family box seats to the "AJR" concert for him, so he's got nothing to complain about. 😌

@… I talk about it in context of feedback loops. The sooner you can get feedback from your team, the sooner you can stop yourself potentially wasting time doing something the team doesn’t agree we should be doing in the first place.
It’s much easier to hear “Whoa hold up, that’s not what we agreed on” when you’ve spent an hour than a week.
