Es kann doch nicht sein, dass NRW so grottig ausgerüstet ist, dass es einen Minister oder auch seine Büroorganisation 2026 überfordert, ein eAuto zu organisieren. Fortschritte beginnen im Kopf, das müsste man als Führungskraft schaffen. Warum schaffen sie das nicht?
