1984 on steroids.
"Needless to say, putting American data in the hands of a company whose CEO boasts about his company’s capacity to kill and intimidate doesn’t inspire confidence that the data will be handled responsibly."

Me? An Anarcho-syndicalist? Yes!

Trump believes in American
Non-Exceptionalism.
His claim that America is as amoral as authoritarian regimes has long been false. But he longs to make it true.

"The term anarcho-syndicalism first appeared as a derogatory commentary and an insult against certain working-class militants in the nineteenth century. It was often used to refer as a whole to the trade-union activities of individuals and groups who defined themselves as anarchists."

The New York Times reports that President Trump has enlisted the firm Palantir, founded by far-right billionaire Peter Thiel,
to carry out his March executive order
instructing government agencies to share data with each other.
The order has increased fears that the government is putting together a database to wield surveillance powers over the American public.
