Can someone explain how this simplification isn't 50% conservatism and 50% classism?
I love text and video. How can one be better than the other? Do they not talk about the medium, but the content and have specific content in mind?

The United States as a whole has 81 percent of African American children attending non-white majority schools, as compared to 77 percent in 1968.
Moreover, the concentration of African American children into non-white majority schools has increased in every region except the Midwest, which has been broadly stable.

The African American History Museum is in Detroit, a short drive from Toronto. Had the chance to visit last year and it was quite an experience to walk through what a slave ship would have looked like.
Definitely worth a visit to Detroit for that (and many other reasons!)
